Interact Meeting Information
The Interact Club meets at Washington High School, located at 2205 Forest Drive SE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52403
Meetings are held (usually on alternating Fridays) during the lunch times listed below:
1st lunch 10:51 a.m. to 11:21 a.m.
2nd lunch 11:34 a.m. to 12:04 p.m.
The most available parking is in the north lot off of Forest Drive (known to many as the fine arts lot). There are often parking spots available along either side of the drive under the arcade, as well. Because this is lunch hour, traffic may be a bit congested due to students with open campus privileges.
Meetings are usually held in room 128, which is located next to the administrative offices. The administrative offices are located under the arcade (the sky walk connecting the buildings) in the main building. Use this entrance, as many of the others are locked for security reasons.
When you arrive, check in at the Main Office located directly to your right as you enter the building. Let them know that you are there to attend the Interact meeting. They may issue a visitor badge and ask that you return to check out before leaving the building.
Meeting Make-up Credit for Visiting Rotarians
Visiting guests and Rotarians are invited to stay for one or both meetings. Two meeting make-ups will be given if you attend both meetings.
