Album Name: Wine into Water - Ghana Water Project Return to Albums

Description: Working with Rotary District 9100, Cedar Rapids West Rotary held a social event that was also a fundraiser for the Ghana Water Project.

Michael Kwame Adrie from Ghana, Rotary District 9100, explains the need for clean water and how Cedar Rapids West Rotary is helping improve the lives of others. Michael gives thanks before the meal. Cedar Rapids West Rotarian John Mack thanks everyone for their support for the Ghana Water Project. John has visited the Ghana site and has seen the need firsthand. Dorothy and Mike Stallman enjoy the food from Zins and wine from Cedar Ridge Winery.
Cedar Rapids Rotarian, Rochelle Naylor was one of the members of the string quartet that set the mood for fun and fellowship while benefiting those in Ghana. Wine into Water Ghana Water project attendees were treated to great music which included Cedar Rapids West Rotary members Mary Brent Debth and Rochelle Naylor The Lowe Park provided a perfect venue for the Wine into Water event. In addition to wonderful food from Zins and wine from Cedar Ridge Winery, there was a silent auction.
